1. Acceptance of terms

By using Loadzen (“the service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Loadzen provides website speed analysis, monitoring, and reporting tools powered by the Google PageSpeed Insights API. Speed scores and recommendations are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes.

3. Account responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must not share your account with others or use it to run automated bulk checks.
• You may only submit URLs for websites you own or have permission to analyse.

4. Free tier and usage limits

Free accounts are limited to a set number of speed checks per day. We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time. Excessive or automated usage that strains our infrastructure may result in suspension.

5. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time via the account page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are offered at our discretion. Contact us at hello@loadzen.io within 7 days of a charge if you believe you were billed in error.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use Loadzen to:

• Submit URLs that you do not own or have permission to analyse.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Loadzen available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service depends on the Google PageSpeed Insights API, and availability may be affected by third-party outages outside our control.

8. Intellectual property

All content, design, and code within Loadzen is owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loadzen is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
